Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 September 2026
Operator: HD2.ai (“we”, “us”, “our”). Operating from Huddersfield, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the HD2.ai website at hd2.ai (the “Site”) and any related materials we publish, including blog posts, articles, and downloadable resources.
They do not cover the design, build, or operation of AI systems we deploy for clients. Those engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SoW) signed before any work begins.
2. Using the site
You may use this site for personal or professional research, to evaluate our services, or to read what we publish. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish our content without written permission. You may not attempt to access the site by any means other than the interface we provide, nor probe or test the security of the site without prior written consent.
We may suspend or restrict access at any time if we believe these terms have been breached, without prior notice.
3. What we publish
The blog posts, articles, and other written content on this site represent the views of the HD2 engineering team at the time of writing. They describe approaches, architectures, and trade-offs as we understand them. They are not legal advice, security guarantees, or warranties that a given approach will work in your environment.
Anyone deploying AI systems in a regulated environment should validate the approach with their own legal, security, and compliance teams before relying on it. We are happy to discuss specifics under NDA.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, code samples, logos, and the HD2 tetrahedron mark, is owned by HD2.ai or our licensors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not reproduce full posts, training data, or the HD2 mark in derivative works without written permission.
Where we publish code samples, they are provided under the MIT License unless stated otherwise. Use them, modify them, ship them.
5. Third-party links and services
We sometimes link to third-party sites, services, or research papers. We do not control those resources and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Following a link from our site does not imply endorsement of the destination.
6. Disclaimers and liability
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content published here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
